I want you to be a satisfied customer and pledge to always do my best to make that happen, but if for some reason you are not happy with your Artifact, I will except returns within 10 days of delivery and you will receive a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrives broken. The item has to be returned in the original packaging undamaged. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once your item is received, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. If everything is OK, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on how long it takes me to get the returned item. Of course you can contact me (see Contact page or below) at any time and we will always work it out! I never want you to buy anything you are not happy with!
